Well-maintained hotel located really close to shops, restaurants and St Mark's Square, the vaporetto and all the main attractions, and the main attractions in Venice. The twin room with potted flowers, WiFi, as for instance. Had exposed beams.

New-fashioned, tidy rooms with potted flowers, WiFi, as for instance, brilliant setting. Easy to reach from Marco Polo airport, 20 minutes drive.

The hotel was clean and had updated rooms. The extremely friendly and affable staff made a good impression. Perfect and excellent location exactly where we wanted to be minute walk from a train station. We truly enjoyed a good restaurant on site.

I recently stayed at this cozy, cheap hotel in the heart of Venice for a few nights. The room was clean and modern, and the location was quiet. It was a great value for the money, being only a short walk from Piazza San Marco. The reception being in another hotel was no big deal, and I recommend finding a nearby café for breakfast. it was an excellent place to stay and I would use it again.

Residenza Favaro was a great find! The location near St Mark's was superb, allowing us to easily explore major attractions and find reasonably priced restaurants. Our room was tastefully appointed and impeccably clean, with a comfortable bed. I loved the eco-friendly touch of pump dispensers for shampoo, body wash, and liquid soap. The staff was helpful and our check-in process was seamless. Definitely a place I would stay at again.

Great convenient location, very clean and modern, room maybe a bit on the small side for three but enough for a short break.

Hotel was just off the beaten track which mean't that it was peaceful when sleeping. Access to St Marcs Square was great from the hotel location and once we got our bearings finding other surounding areas was not a problem. Room was very clean and fresh and the bed was extremely comfortable. Hotel was booked as room only which wasn't a problem as we ventured out and found many places to eat if we chose to do so.

On arrival it was very difficult to find if you, as a tourist did not understand the way in which the lanes were addressed. Also as the hotel is located up a very narrow lane it would have been very beneficial to have a sign that was overhanging on the door indicating the hotel's name so that this is visible from the main street when you look down it.

We greatly enjoyed this place - well-maintained and quiet hotel.

Booked it for 2 days and had a good experience. The whole staff was efficient and accommodating. All the rooms were spotless by his computer and with a quiet atmosphere.

We had a wonderful stay at a budget accommodation in the heart of the city. The room was superb, with a cozy bed tucked beneath a wooden roof. The daily room cleaning by the friendly staff ensured everything was spotless. Despite the location being a bit hard to find, it's worth noting that this is typical in Venice's narrow alleyways. I highly recommend this hotel for its excellent value and comfortable accommodations.
